Terms of Service

Welcome to Inday. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain language on purpose.

1. Who can use Inday

Inday is built for schools, teachers, and students. If you are under the age required for a digital service in your country (typically 13 or 16), you must use Inday through a school account set up by an authorized adult.

2. Your account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell your school admin or contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Inday to harass, harm, or impersonate anyone.
• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or violates someone else's rights.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Use Inday to generate content that misrepresents AI output as human work in violation of your school's policy.

4. AI output

Inday's answers come from machine-learning models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Always double-check important facts and never rely on Inday for medical, legal, or safety decisions. You are responsible for how you use anything Inday produces.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you create with Inday (your chats, documents, and notes). The Inday name, logo, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Service availability

Inday is provided "as is" without warranty. We try hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice when it affects you materially.

7. Termination

You can stop using Inday and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inday and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll bump the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give you a heads-up via email or in-app notice.
